Submitting Files to the FTP

You must contact Debbie Todd at 480.807.4391 or debjtodd@cox.net before placing ad files on the FTP site.

Upload to the following site:
Host: ftp.ppa.com
User Name: adftp
Password: upload
Place files in the folder called ONLINE

Flash Creative Submission Guidelines (updated September 2008) - Available for Platinum and Gold banner ads only

• Flash creatives should be submitted in the .swf format.
• All Flash creatives must be submitted with a backup GIF/JPG creative.
• A button should be included and added to root level or level zero.
• A clicktag should be added to the button.
• Clicktags should not have URLs coded in them because Dart cannot count clicks if the .swf file has the URL.
• The clickTAG is case-sensitive in Flash version 7 and above and must be “clickTAG”. In other versions of Flash, it is not case-sensitive, but it is recommended to be “clickTag” for versions like 5, 6.
• Flash ads must be saved as version 6. Include the exported html code, so we can preview the ad before loading it.
• File size: 24K initial load, 50k additional load.
• Make sure your height and width are set appropriately for the ad space.

clickTAG Coding Instructions

1. Select getURL in the button from where you want the URL navigation to trigger.
2. Type clickTAG in the URL field.
   • clickTAG must look exactly as shown in diagram.
   • Note: clickTAG is case sensitive.
